Sign In and Use the Client Portal
This guide will walk you through the process of signing into and using the WB Income Tax Services Client Portal.
Accessing the Portal

Click on the login button at the top right or middle of the page.

Alternatively, click on the Learn more button to view WB documentation.

Authentication Options
Note: These screenshots may change based on Google, Clerk, and WB's branding updates.
You will see this authentication page:

You have three options for accessing the WB Client Portal:
- Sign in with Google (recommended)
- Sign up for a new WB account using your email address
- Sign in with your existing WB account using your email address
Using Google Authentication

Click on the Google button.

Enter your Google account email and password. The username and password information is not shared or stored with WB.

You may be asked to confirm sharing your information with Clerk and WB Income Tax Services. Clerk is our secure authentication provider.

If you've previously signed in with Google, you may need to select which account to use:

Authorize the client portal to access your Google account:

You will be redirected to the client portal dashboard.
Creating a New WB Account

Click on the "Sign up" button at the bottom of the login page.

Enter your email address, contact information, and create a password. Your password is securely stored by Clerk and WB staff cannot access it.

Check your email for a verification link and click it.

After verification, you will be taken to the client portal.
Signing In with an Existing WB Account

Enter your email address and click "Continue".

Enter your password and click "Continue".

You will be redirected to the client portal dashboard.
